I've used Strucco on two projects and what stands out is their willingness to accommodate changing plans and circumstances, and then just their honesty. Any of them will tell you if they think you need something changed or fixed, along with what that means for your project, pluses and minuses. Their work is really high quality and they don't take shortcuts.

Warning: I would not recommend Strucco to do any construction work now. I had previously used Strucco Engineering & Construction for two smaller jobs when Steve Caulkins was actively running the business with Martin Lee and his son Jeremy. Those 2 projects were completed on time, on budget, and done right. Unfortunately, since Steve semi-retired and his son Jeremy Caulkins took over, the company’s standards have severely dropped. Steve, the owner of Strucco Engineering, solved a difficult problem for a wall that was cracked and leaning. Strucco Engineering did this quickly and was cost efficient for solving what could have cost 10 times more to repair. Thank you very much Strucco!
