Too bad you can't rate lower, We signed an agreement with this company and less than 10 days later we decided we were selling our home. We are a retired couple on limited income as we explained to Strub and simply wanted to move closer to our grandkids and family. The only way to get out of our agreement was to payoff Strub with $200.00 for doing nothing. Terrible business philosophy , we were NOT scheduled and were told by Strub they wouldn't be paving until months later from date of the proposal.
