Unfortunately very poor service. Untrustworthy staff.
I barely write reviews, but I had a very bad experience with this shop that I have to share. I had a visit for contact lenses on the 18th of January, I kept saying that I wanted mostly something daily for some special events, not very interested in monthly. The visit itself went well and they promised they would get my toric (normal one were absolutely useless) to try in max 2 weeks. Today, I was in the area and hopelessly passed by Strozzi's store after trying couple different places downtown in the past days to fix my glasses. I met Dieter, he took a look at it, sincerely admitted he'd do his best but nothing guaranteed ... He ended up fixing it in a minut. I appreciated meeting you Dieter today and I highly recommend this place. From my experience, it's not just about selling something, it's about knowing how to handle it and it's been proven this local knows what he's doing! Cheers!
