Went to several different places trying to fix my eyeglasses missing a tiny bolt and finally found this shop. Got it taken care of and cleaned like brand new. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone wearing eyeglasses looking for help.
I had a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience with Strozzi’s Eyewear, located at 1175 Mainland Street, Vancouver, BC, V6B 5P2, owned by Dieter Saxer. In March 2024, I paid $592.59 CAD for frames and an additional $243.24 CAD for "EDA 2307" via PayPal, totaling over $835 CAD. Despite my payment, I never received the frames I ordered. On August 27, 2024, Dieter sent me a photo confirming he had all four pairs in his store, but he refused to ship them to me and has not issued a refund despite my requests. This lack of ... read more
The amazing selection of unique and customizable frames first attracted me to Strozzi’s. But the amazing service, on top of quality products, keeps me going back. Dieter and Michaela listen and go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. Even when I went in with a prescription I got elsewhere that I did not like, they took the time to do another exam and find a solution that would work. Highly recommended!
