Slum lords. All the sinks leak, all the appliances are broken, the blinds are in foreclosure condition, and we just moved in.
I was looking for a 1 br apartment in New Haven, CT and called the phone number stated on PMC Property's website for 5 days. Each time I left a message on the Laura's voicebox and asked for a call back. The only sign of life I received after every call was a text saying "Sorry, I can't talk right now." Unfortunately, no one ever called me back.
First and foremost, the property managers' complete disregard for tenant safety is absolutely outrageous. Despite multiple police reports filed regarding theft incidents, it appears that these reports are being swept under the rug. The property managers have shown a stunning level of indifference by consistently ignoring our emails, leaving us feeling neglected and vulnerable.
