While overall the total experience was positive since our issues were addressed and the work was completed. We left with a sour taste in our mouths as the original negotiation for work and cost we're not completely addressed at our initial discussion at the front counter. We have a small box truck and need an alignment and we were going to purchase two additional tires after the front end alignment was completed.
