Customer service is the horrible. They do not do what they are paid to do and when brought to there attention with proof, they "forgot" but do nothing to correct the error.
Does not do the work they are PAID to do. Causes break down and wont own up to their mistake. I believe mistakes happen but you have to own them and make them right. A dear friend, her child and trailer load of expensive horses could have been seriously injured when they broke down on a 2 lane bridge because Strouhaul failed to change the filters they were paid to change. We wont take another thing to them and I'd advise everyone in the community to read the reviews and know that they do not stand behind their work.... or la... read more
This shop caused a friend to break down on a dangerous road, had to be towed to another shop They did not replace all the fuel filters admittedly causing the bresk Down. I hope others read this and steer clear.
