Overall a great experience. All of the sale associates were great! Both Anthony’s and Frank helped and assisted me with purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander SE. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!
The experience I had with Sara Straile couldn't have been better. She was very genuinely personable, and down to earth all while being professional. No pressure from her, just an understanding of what's needed machanically, and with respect. She is the type of Service Advisor that makes a customer want to come back for business! "She does things in good order". A wonderful person, and great asset to Toyota/Mitsubishi of Stroudsburg in my personal opinion. Thank you, Michael.
Overall, the service was good. However, the television in the waiting was exceptionally loud and the Keurig coffee maker was not working.
