The Stroudsburg Cultural & Martial Arts Center offers programs for the entire family ( Ages 3-adult, Men & Women ). Our facility and instructor are here to support you in achieving your goals. Also the training we offer will strengthen you mentally and physically. Involve the whole family by enrolling two or more affordable pricing. We require no contracts. New Students are encouraged to take a class free of charge to experience the training before making a decision. We keep the "Art" in "Martial Arts".

Great place to train. Some of the best best instructors in the Poconos very family oriented. I highly recommend this place.
There is not enough good I can say about this dojo in a single sitting. The environment is that of being part of a family, you work with almost everyone in the room in a single lesson bringing many teaching styles forward. An emphasis on respect and the value of a good sweating is taught here. The dojo itself is well equipped and clean. I hope to be with this establishment for as long as I can, as it teaches not only with practicality in mind but with a drive that can be not only inspiring but refreshing as you learn.
Excellent with children!! Can't wait to spend many more years watching my boys!!
