-10 stars... If you love your pet and want to assure that they are in good hands, then do them a favor and DO NOT bring them here. To say that the staff is rude is an understatement. They are nasty, disgusting, hateful individuals, from the blonde haired doctor on down. Two staff members (julie and a short red head) approached me in a very aggressive manner. You don't call yourself a hospital when you have to send out for lab tests, blood work, etc.. This is a clinic. Don't let them fool you. They still write paper notes -- no laptop You can't get your notes the same day because they haven't been "written" yet, or shall I say "scribbled". They always make sure you get a copy of the bill -- that they find a way to print. You wait for lab tests because they didn't come back yet because they're sent out -- because they are not a hospital. It's 2019, and they have no email. So you h... read more

I brought two dogs, both different circumstances. Paid initial bill ~$1000 for urinary tract infection - blood test (w/o results), x-ray *incorrect dog. Dr. Bowers said turned out x-ray wasn't necessary, referring to dog w/ nearly white gums, after all. I previously relayed vet day before suspected splenic tumor. Instead Dr. Bowers reports *incorrect dog's x-rays okay. Afterward he matter-of-factly says blood results will be available next day. How is this place still open? Rude and uncaring. Dr Bower has no clue. I had to bring my dog somewhere else because the standard of care here is below standards. Find yourself another place if you want to save your pet.

The vet, Bower will milk you. This place just wants your money while your sick dog is ailing. They don't care about you or your pet. Money hungry. Secretaries are unfriendly and they rush you so they can move on to the next sucker. Horrible place. All lies. Minus zero stars should be the rating.
