Jessica was very PROMPT when i called. She came right out, was quick to understand what i wanted and needed and the work was completed in less than 2 weeks! It was definitely a pleasure to work with her and her people, I highly recommend them to everyone who needs security cameras installed!
I hired Stroud Security to install a ton of cameras, and an alarm system. Jessica who was mainly helping me was a pleasure to work with. Very informative, knew what she was doing and talking about. Streamlined the entire process making it easy for me. All in all, I have no plans to do business elsewhere for security. Thanks for yalls help!
I have just engaged Stroud as my security provider after my previous provider was unable to fix technical issues I was having with the system they installed over a year ago. Within a few weeks, Stroud was able to get my issues examined by technical experts in my hardware and find the problems, which were all installation programming mistakes. I have been delighted with the responsiveness and ability of Stroud to connect with technicians who represent a wider breadth of expertise than any one company would employ.
Had a great experience with this company. I've had their service for almost 20 years, knew the founder personally and they've been helpful and responsive every time I needed help. I've done several upgrades through the years, and highly recommend them. Most of the issues have been my own ignorance - operator error.
