Was treated inhumanely by Monica Winford. I would not recommend this place out of fear of seeing Monica (it was not my first time being treated by her). Despite being in double over pain and crying my eyes out, she refused to give me anything that would work. She stated because I don't need surgery, it was warranted. I have filed medical board complaints against her. Now, I would have to travel 30 minutes to find treatment if I have any emergency related to pain. The nurses were great though.

HOLY COW! RUN. I felt I was in a weird Twilight Zone show being pranked. Everyone was SO unprofessional and defensive. I noticed no one introduced themselves or told me what they were doing or what meds they were giving me. I asked specifically about credentials and they became defensive stating: "There isn't a physician. We are a all mid-level. Believe me, mid-level is what you want". Went to this ER per request from my doctor to get a CT scan. Ive been coughing up blood for 2 weeks. When I got there everyone was friendly, no complaints there. Unfortunately they sent me off not wanting to do a CT scan and told me that I probably just had allergies, and prescribed me some over the counter allergy medication and some cough supressants. They will call the cops on you if you go needing stitches from your dog, bitting you. They make you clean your own wound. Make you argue with the cop and not putting the stitches in because they said I need to listen to the cop. Never received any medical care from them on this ordeal. Went to Dr. Markert and he got me stitched up, and the cop that followed me over there was made to wait in the lobby while they took care of me.
