My mom was admitted to this facility after spending several months recovering at Mercy Hospital following a severe hemorrhagic stroke on March 27, 2024. She stayed here for a total of 10 months, and despite it being an hour away from our home, we are so thankful we made the choice to come here. I would sooner take my children to the stroud veterinarian before I’d take my dog to this hospital. Rude and inefficient staff. I went with hip pain, couldn’t walk well, fell and was met with security threatening to throw me out instead of a nurse asking if I was ok. Some how on top of this they missed the giant fracture in my hip that was found by the medical facility I went to after leaving there and now have surgery scheduled. I had a friend in the hospital there for rehabilitation. The whole staff was great from nurses to respiratory therapy , physical therapy except a respiratory therapist Scott. He seemed to be a little hot head and not companionate or caring at all towards my friend. I was less than impressed with him. The rest of the staff was superior. Fix that guy !! He definitely has little man syndrome.

I begged 3 drs at the swing bed to give my mom an iv bag because she was so dehydrated she couldn’t stay awake to even eat. After 3 weeks I moved her back to the emergency room in OKC and she was admitted because guess what she was dehydrated and malnourished. She lost about 40 lbs in 3 weeks. Definitely would not recommend this place. The nurses and techs were good but doctors can make or break a facility and trust me these drs were horrible.
