Unkempt, bird nests in every little nook and cranny and awful customer service. Glad to not be using their services anymore. Tried to say I didn't pay and needed to record dropping off payments every time after.
TL;DR Find another storage unit company to store your property with. This business is not worth your time or patience. One of the lesser quality storage businesses I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Blatantly accused me of not paying once, so I started recording video of me dropping off the money every time out of concern. Units had birds and squirrels camping around the exterior, which would sometimes get into the interior.
