Dishonest builder that constantly breaches contract and breaks laws to protect customers and builders. Don't expect anything quality from Stroud Homes and if you ask or question anything they will yell, scream and abuse you down the phone! They refuse you of all rights, they refuse to provide what's in the contract, they refuse to fix anything in the maintenance period and have a default answer of I will send you to a debt collector if you don't pay / or I will fight you on court over that! Don’t trust them. Do your due diligence. They don’t support you when things go wrong, they don’t support their franchisees and they leave you with a half finished house! We signed a contract January 2021 and it’s now May 2023 and we are still not in and they have done a runner. Head office has not helped us at all. Be careful
Absolutely disgusting business to deal with from head office to the franchise left our 3 qtr of a million dollar home in shambles and no one geld accountable Now raking this matter to VBA and will be seeking legal advise to fight all the issues we are facing even after approaching head office for help we're told it wasn't our problem and to seek help from vba would never recommend
