WORST BUILDER, UNETHICAL, DODGY - Don't build with Stroud Homes. We were referred by a client to build with Stroud a few months ago. Find another builder DON’T USE STROUD HOMES!!! Dear friends of mine to whom I trust suggested I build a new home. I wanted to see how they went with Stroud before my family and I commit to any builder. They shared their experience with us this afternoon. We wanted to see the emails and text messages. WOW!!! Without prejudice Stroud Homes – FORGET IT!!! RUN NOW!!! My husband and I explained to Stroud months ago our timeline. Stroud failed on everything. We lost a lot of time, spent money which we now have to sue them for and have redirected our clients to build with proven builders. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EVER RECOMMEND STROUD TO ANYONE!!
Dishonest builder that constantly breaches contract and breaks laws to protect customers and builders. Don't expect anything quality from Stroud Homes and if you ask or question anything they will yell, scream and abuse you down the phone! They refuse you of all rights, they refuse to provide what's in the contract, they refuse to fix anything in the maintenance period and have a default answer of I will send you to a debt collector if you don't pay / or I will fight you on court over that!
