mY pup, Savanna has been going to Dr. Jones for years. I just want to let everyone know that Dr. Jones saved Savanna's life. A few years back Savannah was dragging her back paws and they tucked under her own paw, very sad, she could not walk with her back paws upright. The care, the honesty, the true love for all animals and the genuine kindness exceeds all expectations. They were there for us in our time of need. Our eldery Yorkie was suffering and they were able to get us in the same day. They were kind, caring, and patient.
I just adopted a dog from a local rescue organization, who had been treated for Parvo virus, vaccinated, and spayed at this clinic <1 month ago. But when I attempted to order the monthly heartworm medication that Strothertowne had started her on from Chewy.com, Strothertowne would not approve the order unless or until I took my new dog back into their clinic "to be seen." Have gotten great care here. They pay attention to the animals care. They try and sell to you. Dr Jones has done us good.
Very patient with anxiety ridden German Shepherd. The BEST possible outcomes from staff that took the time to listen and compassionately help. In tears...from gratitude that they recognize that she isn’t a bad dog.

This is the absolute rudest staff I have ever dealt with personally. I think the secretary must be the owner because there’s no possible way any good business owner would ever allow such horribly and repeatedly rude people to work at their company. Dr. Jones and his staff are the best of the best. I’m always sending my friends and family their way. From my Gal Davinas chronic ear issues and my other two GSDS having minor surgical procedures, I wouldn’t trust any place else. I feel like they treat your pets like their own. 🖤
