I phoned this firm to let them know my mother passed away and that I received a letter from their firm wondering if the will on record in their office was her last. I relayed that knowledge to the woman who answered the phone and her response was: "I need names. You have given me no names whatsoever". I hung up. Her abrupt rudeness was uncalled for. She could have politely asked for my name!
