StroTek always pays extra attention to detail, and has provided me with an extremely high quality Home Theater and Automation system. Though I’ve only needed help once, their service department was top notch and extremely helpful.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Never pick up the phone. When they call back you either have to pay them a fortune up front or wait two weeks for service. They install inferior and overpriced equipment and do not follow up in a timely fashion. Avoid this company
Excellence and pride in work. Strotek has a nice blend of old time personal customer service and high tech AI products, it's nice to see the personal touch isn't lost in such a high tech company.
