This dealership, in my experiences, seems to be inefficient with scheduling services. I arrived at the dealership 45 mins. before my scheduled time (oil change and tire rotation) as I live 70 miles from dealership. It took the service department over 1 hour past my scheduled time to get car into bay to start servicing. There were only 2 others in waiting area, so service department wasn’t slammed. I want to give a special thanks to the dynamic duo Matt Barbour and Ty Crowder for their service day. Even when I changed the vehicle type many times, Matt was very understanding and patient. I appreciate how thorough Ty was when it came to letting me know what kind of package I was getting with my vehicle. I had my transmission fluid flushed & filter replaced in my 2018 GMC pickup. They did a good job. I checked around the area GM stores & they had the best price.
