We went in the looking to buy a side by side. No one even acknowledged us and my husband even said hello a few times. We bought from someone else. Their loss.
Can't troubleshoot wiring issues with out throwing parts at it. Can't get tires to hold air either where as Hicklin Power sports could. KTM 890 R with an electrical issues causing a check engine code after installing a power commander. had a harness clip broken and glued on the ECM plug. Instead of working the problem blamed it on the ECM clip (that I had been riding all summer without issues) and wanting to replace the whole wiring harness. Much better customer experience than the grimes competition! We tried a few different occasions over the course of a year to work with the competition because we didn't know of Stroom. Within a week of initiating a text with Stroom we closed the deal! The entire process and team were excellent!
They were honest and professional. Easy to work with. I highly recommend purchasing from them.
