Going to STRONGSIDE Canton is seriously my favorite part of the week! I look forward to it so much that sometimes my whole day feels like a countdown until I get my gym time. My husband, our 15-year-old son, and I all go together, and the workouts are thoughtfully designed and coach-led, so everyone feels challenged and supported, no matter their level. I joined StrongSide a little over a year ago and it’s honestly been such a great experience. I’ve made so many good friends here, and the accountability we have with each other makes showing up fun and motivating. The coaches are super helpful and genuinely care.,I was looking for something to keep me active after finishing college sports, and StrongSide ended up being exactly what I needed. I absolutely love this gym! All the coaches are kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. They are always watching you during each session & providing feedback on how to improve your form & performance. I’ve been to other gyms in the area where the coaches were on their phone during classes and didn’t provide any feedback. Plus the community here has been awesome too! I’ve gotten so much stronger since I joined Strongside last February.
I am new to this gym and love how all of the trainers are so helpful and extremely patient with me.
