If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Michael Ulrich was incredibly unprofessional from start to finish. Even after I clearly told him to stop contacting me, he continued sending emails instead of respecting my request. His communication was full of misspellings and poor grammar, and he even misspelled the name of the dealership he works for. After what I went through with Bob Diamond and Strongs Marine…. Do not make my mistake!! 1. Bob Diamond told me to go online to find a shipping company when he had multiple shippers the entire time. Cost me 1300 extra to tell me the overhanging wires do not meet state codes and the boat could not be transported. Told him at least a dozen times I have never shipped a boat before. “It’s easy, just go to UShip.” This was my first sign. Thieves. Plain and simple. Used them to sell my boat when I moved out of state. They charged my thousands for work they said was "necessary to prepare the boat for sale." They sold the boat for a very low price, but would not reveal the name of the buyer or give me any information about what the buyer paid. When I demanded more information about the transaction, they simply refused to respond.
