Very unprofessional and lacks communication. I was told they would come to my house Tuesday. They told me they were ordering parts no communication as to how things would go- I called and sent a text because I was expecting someone on Tuesday. I can only review Bert who was sent out by my insurance for a dryer. He put the belt on 3 times then the 4th time he said it was fixed. I started it loud boom. He said I thought that would happen. Why try 4 times? The whole time complaining about lint and dog hair!! Said he would be back the next day never showed or called. Called the next day no return call. Texted me it was too dirty!!! I have been trying to get an ice maker installed, they ordered the part ive had it for a month, he made an appointment with me and no one showed, now can't get them to come back and install it, the guy even drunk called my cell at 9pm and left a 10 min voice mail on my phone, and not for me. He was talking to someone else and obviously butt dialed me. Very unprofessional.
They’re terrible. Missed appointments. Rude. Stay away!
I waited 3 days for them to follow up with me to schedule an appointment. They don't answer their phones, they didn't return messages, and even American Home Shield couldn't get them to respond to a service request. Avoid them.
