Friendly customer service, however, I experienced inconsistencies with invoicing and timeliness. Sometimes, it's better to make things right by the customer than to swear by business. Informing the customer they have to outright pay overhead business costs to deal with a partner Manufacturer is not a good look, especially as an authorized servicer/dealer. Please, don't bother replying. If you don't like low-score reviews, you should have considered that beforehand.
I’ve dealt with this company many years. I’m not very high volumn but still receive friendly and professional services. I’ve bought supplies and had tools serviced. Very satisfied. I have no reason to doubt integrity. Highly recommend
