**** poor customer support. When you can get them to answer the phone all they do is take your name and number and tell you someone will call back, but they NEVER do, no matter how many messages you leave.
Once this company installs your solar and they get paid they don't care anymore. I have called this company numerous times to report problems and request account access. It takes at least 5 calls to get them to respond and most of the time they act like they don't have a clue about the systems they are supposed to specialize in. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
