Selecting Stronghold for my project was one of the best decisions. Professional, articulate, timely, patient (I ask a lot of questions), responsive and knowledgeable. I had a few bare bones ideas of what I hoped for and Kent took that information, created the perfect plan, and then set out to make it happen. This company is untrustworthy, unreliable and has horrible customer service. When we attempted to address extremely poor quality workmanship issues they refused to return to the job, leaving us out of pocket thousands of dollars. All we asked was for them to correct the problems or refund the monies that had been paid. Instead, they kept the money, refused to complete the project, or stand behind their work. NOT a terminated subcontractor, lol. Please keep your "stories" straight. You built the leaking $7000.00 mud-hole aka POND for this customer. The same customer you begged to give you a good review for your new website before the job was even finished. The same customer who you refused to come attempt to fix the mess you left in his front yard. Definitely NOT a subcontractor, just a disappointed customer who lost all confidence in your ability to do what is right.
