We paid to Mr. Mickey Garcia a down payment of $5000.00 on September 2013 for the development of a new website for one of my businesses. Mr. Garcia not only didn't delivery the project - He disappear from us and is been ignoring calls and emails - He is part of the Rotary Group of San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente - referral by them to our business. I been calling him, leaving messages and emails - no responded. NO ethics - No moral - How people in Orange County can keep trusting on individuals like him ?
