I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Stronghold Gym with the owner, Silio, on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. I have been training with Amelia, my personal trainer, every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM. On this day, I came in for my scheduled session, and instead of allowing me to continue with my training, Silio demanded that I join a class.
