loan agent promised provisions that company will not honor. Cannot get an agent on the phone. Will not return calls.
I co-signed a loan on a multi-family house 5 years ago with Stronghill Capital and have been trying to reach them for over a month. I have NEVER even talked to a live person after multiple voice mails. They have not responded to any requests whatsoever!! Are they still in business? Are they legitimate or perhaps a boiler room operation from India?
The account manager Justin Long is very rude and really not an honest person. I’m not saying the company is bad, he is just not the right person to handle business with. I tried to talk to him very respectfully and he consisted on being rude. I ask to speak to someone else where he tells me that he is the owner and there is no one else to talk to and I can talk to his lawyer.
