Requested a quote for a commercial project. This was a paid service. Inspection Report and quote for work required. Got the run around for a month. I was lied to, deflected and got no commitment. Eventually got the inspection done bit then declined to report and quote because it was competitive. Don't use these guys unless it is a simple domestic job. Even then I wouldnt bother.
