This gym is excellent—clean, well-equipped, and really well run. The coaches are all great: supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey. I have zero complaints and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality gym environment!
SF gave me back a part of myself I lost a long time ago. The owners are amazing and I cannot say enough amazing things about Herag. You are not just a membership # at SF, you are treated as family and they support you and your goals from day 1! I wouldn’t be where I am today without them!
