We are a resistance training, group personal training gym, offering 60 min group workouts & personal training utilizing barbells & free weights. We follow the conjugate method of upper & lower body focused strength workouts, followed by accessory work on heavy days or conditioning on dynamic days. There’s no better place to train than SF! I joined in December 2024 after a long time off from the gym. The coaches and members are incredibly supportive and can help you modify every exercise to your level. There’s a big emphasis on form, which is incredibly important to reduce injury risk. The programming is structured and thoughtful. In just 4 months I have gotten so much stronger and my stamina has made major improvements. I love coming to the gym every day (which is not something I ever thought I’d say)!
I started going to Stronger Faster because I wanted something more strength and barbell focused. I got more than I asked for at this gym. It's a very small and open community and the classes are organzied into several weeks of very intentional building up of strength so you progressively lift heavier over time and you even track your numbers on the app. The trainers are very knowledgeable and put a high focus on form. This gym is great!! Helpful coaches and lots of room to grow. They are good and making sure that you don't get hurt as well.
I have been a member for almost 3 years, and I am very happy to be part of this gym. I started this as a trial and this gym has helped to feel even healthier than I did in my 20's. I enjoy the environment and coaches that always push you to achieve your fitness and health goals regardless of your level of training. I highly recommend this gym.
