Excellent old school gym combined with Crossfit box. Josh is great and the facility is clean as.
I came to stronger with very basic skills and limited knowledge when it comes to exercise and technique. I have now been a member for 7 months and I can say I have found my people. I have learnt so much and feeling more confident day by day. Josh and Emma are so supportive, patient and educated. They take the time to teach and show you through the exercises which is so helpful. I’ve achieved so much with them already, I can’t believe it ! Would highly recommend coming and checking us out 💪🏼🙌🏼
