Demetrio, Joe and the staff at Strongbuilt provided excellent customer service. They were timely, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. When first making the appointment I have scheduled for a 12:30-4:00 block of time, but I was given a call 30 min prior to the Techs showing up. This was appreciated so that I wasn't waiting around wondering when they would show up. The service was fast and thorough. I definitely recommend Strongbuilt and will use them in the future.

I'll just start by saying, if you are worried about any issues UNDER WARRANTY with Stongbuilt, just know, that even in 100°+ temperatures outside, when your unit fails, warranty calls take NO precedence over any random customer calling in. BUY ELSEWHERE. I called on Tuesday 6/17 to set up a call for a warranty unit and they advised they could not get me in until NEXT Tuesday 6/24. When I asked if there was any way to get me in sooner since I was under warranty, and best they could do was put me on a "priority" cancelation li... read more

This company is unreliable undependable,unaccountable,and fail to show up on time for appointments made. Well in advance.this company has no supervision or competent management. No one knows what's going on.stay well clear of these morons.
