Eric was great to work with an helped my wife and I secure a construction to perm loan when we kept getting pushed off as a priority by another company since our loan was a bit more complicated due to my self-employment. Eric was referred to me by my traditional mortgage broker that couldn’t provide me with a traditional loan, As a small business owner it’s virtually impossible to get one of those, Eric stepped in and got me approved in 24h and we closed 30 days later with a slightly more expensive loan than traditional but at least it was done with his investors glad I contacted him
