I started back up with Strong Arm after changing jobs. It has been great. I have lost 20lbs in 5 months. I feel stronger, and my golf game has gotten a lot better. I enjoy the people that I work out with, and the trainers are very helpful and positive.

2 weeks into my CrossFit journey! I have enjoyed Strongarm CrossFit so far. The coaches do a great job at building you up slowly to avoid injuries. I can already tell that consistently going to classes is making a difference in how I feel! The members are very welcoming and make each workout fun.
