We were lucky enough to have Silene take a ZUMBA warm up for our Cancer Society charity event Walking Stars. The event was for 1000 participants. She was fabulous! We got so much feedback from people attending the event that the Zumba was lively, got the event started in a great way and really set a fun vibe for the event. We want her back for our next event.

This strong class is amazing. The instructors make it fun and very enjoyable. They care for their clients and help them with alternative exercises if someone is injured or is unable to perform a specific move. I cannot recommend this enough. Silene and her husband have changed my life and with their help I have lost so much weight.
Fun and engaging class with great music and teacher. Half hour class also makes it easier to fit in with work and family.
I loved Silene's Zumba class. It was so fun ! Thank you Silene <3 <3
