I’ve spent the last 12 years jumping from gym to gym. I can now say I’ve found a home. Training and competing on a college level, I’ve never lost my “competitiveness”. Though I trained consistently I still felt like something was missing. I needed an extra push! A friend told me Strong Tower offers three free sessions, so I gave it a try. I was instantly hooked! I have never taken the steps to do anything like this before in my life. I was so intimidated going into the gym on the first day. But the environment is so welcoming and everyone from the coaches to the other members were SO helpful and friendly. Heather just helped to melt the intimidation away and focus on what I was there for. They are there every step of the way to answer questions as you learn everything. It was the first time I didn't feel like an outcast at a gym.

The BEST gym in Parkersburg- to be fair it’s the only one I went to - but that’s because Ashley and Greg were awesome! So kind and welcoming and helped me with all my lifts and techniques. Very inclusive and friendly- all the coaches were great!
