For someone who has tried everything to get in shape, I have found a place that feels so welcoming and has already produced some much needed results. I have only been going a few weeks but I already have more energy and always feel stronger with what I accomplish after class. For anyone who is frustrated with workouts or need a place to feel comfortable, this is the place.

Awesome fitness place! Each work out session has been curtailed to accent my strengths and to strengthen my weaknesses. All the patrons are super friendly and very supportive too! I never knew working out could be so much fun! I truly enjoy being there! Thank you Frank for sharing all your help and expertise!
