Great gym that offers an intense and fortifying workout experience. After my first workout I knew that this is the workout experience that I wanted and it helps that members are encouraging and amazing!!!

Absolutely worth it! The workouts are incredible and customizable to meet you where you are at and where you aspire to be. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience! As a mom of three under 5 on maternity leave, I needed something to help me get moving again, something just for me that was not chasing my lovable and energetic kiddos around. STHC is just EXCELLENT! I am sure there is no place better than here. Today I completed my 6 wk challenge, 17 lbs in 6 wks. Coming from no workout experience, I was very nervous! But I am enjoying this!! And I just can't say enough great things about the coaches! Thank you for your patience, guidance and support!! and their meal plan which is simply great!!
