Purchased a tub 2 months ago called dozen times because they sent a cover that’s way to small they had one sent out and day it was supposed to be here 2 weeks after purchase delivery guy said it was damaged it’s now been over a month because they were sending a new one the called last week and said it’s with delivery guy but they are not delivering it because they have nothing coming to my area called several days ago got voicemail and have not got return call back I really hope they will make this right with us and maybe so... read more
Beware!!! Our spa is just over 1 year old… leaking.. took 12-15 days for customer service to return or call.. could not find anyone local who would even touch these strong spas… they sent someone up from Pennsylvania who was here 3 hours.. said he fixed everything, said he “filled the tub and it’s working great” …I had left for work and my mother was at my house while he was working on it .. I got home to find he lied… he never filled the tub.. tub was off.. I refilled it and the very next day tub empty!!! I don’t even know ... read more
