Such a great experience!! Russ and Nick went above and beyond to listen and meet our needs! So accommodating!! Went in just looking and leaving two very happy customers!
I was ready to buy a hot tub, I walked around for 15 minutes in the store checking it out & even walked past the desk where two people were sitting on their phones, not a hello or can I help you with anything, nothing. I was ready to buy. Poor customer service & I bought one from somewhere else the next day.
Be aware the plug and play spas will have inconsistent pressure from the jets because they only use a 1.5hp single pump design. They don't tell you this until after you buy though.
Russ was great to work with on our purchase. We had a delivery issue and he made it right.
