Bought my spa from the state fair, thought we were getting a Great deal. To start, when the electrician wired it- the power would not come on. Waited 3.5 weeks for someone to come out for service. Turns out they have the wrong information on the instructions- something the tech said he is aware of. After a quick fix, fires right up. He made some adjustments and left. I just got my spa and Mike has been soooo helpful throughout the entire process! He is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions with the patience of a saint. Would definitely recommend strong spas!
Awful product I don't know where to begin. This hot tub has been a nightmare. We got our hot tub delivered on 9/29/24. In December the gaskets were defective, I called support on 12/11/24 and someone was there within 2 days and reapplied the gasket sealer. He came in one of the biggest rainstorms in December. Needless to say it didn't work. I called again on 12/18/24. They couldn't get someone out to me until 01/08/25. With a broken gasket on the cover heat was pouring out for weeks. I recently bought a hot tub from Mike Meislin at Strong spa. I am extremely happy with my purchase and enjoying my hot tub. This transaction was seamless. The customer service and support at Strong Spa was excellent! I highly recommend Mike and his team at this location.
I have had the absolute worst experience when dealing with my purchase from this company. They dont mention their service team is from a whole different state. My warranty was never emailed to me like I was told it was so when my hot tub stopped working a WEEK into owning it I have had to pull strings just to get service!!!! Now a week later the water is infected from me not wanting to touch anything after being told not to by this company and i currently have also been infected by the water on my skin.
