Customer Service is horrible. Spa came damaged and the response of customer service is lacking and extremely slow. I’d avoid this spa brand and go with competitor.
I recently had an outstanding experience with Strong Spas' customer service that deserves high praise. When I needed replacement parts for my spa, I reached out to their team, and Brandon Pryor, the CSR Manager, responded promptly with exceptional professionalism. He provided direct links to the exact parts I needed using the serial number of my Strong Spas unit—a Balboa VL406U Topside and an Overlay for 406U with 3 Jets—making the process seamless and hassle-free. I bought my tub for $9200 through home depot. I would not recommend this name after only 4 years and of course out of warranty it needs a completely new control pack at the cost of $500. Called and asked for at least a discount on parts and the 18 year old answering the phone was no help. Hoping this runs for a while but have had several of their tubs over the years and the quality is just not there. Buy a used tub from someone else versus a new strong as they do not last.
Super friendly and answered all of our questions. Ultimately we decided to buy a spa from them. Highly recommended.
