Zach was a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman and made the process very easy. Took the 2-hour drive down to Albany, NY from VT to look around. Zach was able to answer any questions we asked without hesitation. The store was very inviting, and signage of prices were everywhere and no hiding costs. I was excited to see a place where I could ask questions about the next hot tub that I plan to purchase. Unfortunately, when I got to this location at a little bit before 2:30 there was a sign stating" be right back" and I waited 15 minutes (in my car next to the entrance) to possibly see if somebody would come back to unlock the sliding doors. After 15 minutes the place still didn't open back up and so I left. I wish they would have more than one associate in the entire place.
Bought a spa in may..price was fair..quality is great..Delivery was perfect..
