I was excited to see a place where I could ask questions about the next hot tub that I plan to purchase. Unfortunately, when I got to this location at a little bit before 2:30 there was a sign stating" be right back" and I waited 15 minutes (in my car next to the entrance) to possibly see if somebody would come back to unlock the sliding doors. After 15 minutes the place still didn't open back up and so I left. I wish they would have more than one associate in the entire place.
Bought a spa in may..price was fair..quality is great..Delivery was perfect..
We visited strong spas in Albany, The story is very inviting with so many beautiful spas! Zack who is the general manager greeted us, he was very Knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions Took his time with us. We are thrilled that the spas are made in the US And this company really knows their stuff!! So yes, we are buying a spa, And also buying a sauna! So excited!!
