We visited strong spas in Albany, The story is very inviting with so many beautiful spas! Zack who is the general manager greeted us, he was very Knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions Took his time with us. We are thrilled that the spas are made in the US And this company really knows their stuff!! So yes, we are buying a spa, And also buying a sauna! So excited!!
Zach was great!
We purchased our hot tub from Zach at the Albany location and he provided us with great customer service. Zach was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to get our hot tub up and running. Zach went above and beyond when we had some concerns about having the "wrong" cover. Turns out, we have the right one after all. Hot tub works/runs great. Looking forward to spending a lot of time in it.
Follow up- I want to follow up and say after I posted my review a week ago, a representative from Strong Spa’s did reach out to me immediately and in 1 weeks time made the situation right. Communication was on point, Rachael and Jeremy were great to work with. Communication was on point. Swift action was taken. In any type of industry where an item is manufactured there is simply a chance a bad apple can come out of the bunch. Strong Spa’s stood behind their product and took swift action to make things right.
