I purchased my Strong Spa aka hot tub through Costco in 2009 at a reasonable price and it was delivered to my second home at Deep Creek Lake, Md. I got someone to install it and it is exposed to extreme cold weather in the winter. I love it. It still looks new. After nine years, I had to replace the water pump and I have replaced the cover one time. At the time I purchased it, the cost to purchase was less than half what I would have paid at the lake. I recommend it.
Great experience! Salesperson very knowledgeable/price great/spa wonderful and the delivery process very smooth!
