I really enjoy working with Xavier! He’s a very knowledgeable, motivating trainer, and genuinely has a big heart. He always makes sure I’m doing the exercises with proper form and pushes me to do my best without making the workouts feel overwhelming. I’ve noticed a difference in my strength and confidence, and I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made. Highly recommend him
I thought the days of old school gyms were dead. But I was dead wrong. This place is incredible. The amount of sq footage and variety of equipment is unmatched by any other gym out there. Do not miss this place if you are serious about changing your life.
