I like the gym the weights and everything gym related but the men's bathrooms i don't know it alway has a mildew smell and the showers the stand up showers is full of mold and it takes along time to get the hot water going to take a nice warm shower is just old I guess I usually work out in the mornings and shower then go to work I can't really do that in these gym I don't want to catch a foot infection or something
Went to this gym to hit back. Equipment is top notch. Tons of options to choose from And everything is well maintained. Atmosphere is welcoming and you will not be disappointed. Work out area has tons of leg equipment and is good for anyone from a beginner to an elite athlete. Definitely check them out.
I switched gyms to join Strong and Shapely in February and it has truly been the best decision as it's leveled up my workout game tremendously. This gym has every machine you can think of, for every single muscle group. They have such a wide variety that you won't find anywhere else, and I never have to wait for a machine or piece of equipment.
