I love this gym. Everytime I go people start conversations with me and help me find equipment. Some great machinery here. Some of the cable machines are in bad shape though. They could use some more attachments and just general work out accessories.
I have had a wonderful experience working out at Strong & Shapley. Unlike most gyms that reduce air circulation during summer, Strong and Shapley maintains optimal ventilation. The front desk staff, comprised of young professionals, are exceptionally attentive and courteous, making me feel at ease while working out. The atmosphere is truly a great experience.. The gym is immaculate and packed with the best machines and equipment..
AC is terrible and it makes the BO terrible. Cheap. room stinks when they try to keep the AC off.
Wonderful and friendly atmosphere, always. You a competitor or not, there is something for everyone
