I adore the community of this gym and the knowledge of the staff and coaches. I find it to be extremely inclusive for ALL skill levels- meaning never touched a barbell to doing HIIT workouts for years. The owner has one of the warmest and grounded hearts of anyone I know, and I find her message and what she has built so inspiring. Whether you are looking for a new PR or to meet some new friends- go check these folks out!
