Strong mover furniture removals &storage want to liquidation in November 2024 did not tell anyone lost my furniture get payments up when time to collected they flogged me off please do not go with these people
DO NOT USE. They showed up short staffed meaning the move took 3 days instead of 1 and they had to go to other jobs in between. They unplugged the washing machine and left the water running flooding several rooms causing significant damage, as well as breaking several pieces of furniture. They said all was good and their insurance would cover everything. They have completely ghosted us since and are not answering or returning our calls.
It started out good but ended badly. At first two men arrived and started moving furniture. They were polite and professional. Then two more men arrived and things got moving. It was raining off and on making it take more time. I had instructed what was to be moved and I was told they had another job booked and they would have to come back to finish the job on Monday. Do NOT use this company - they are scammers. We had a booking for 8am this morning and they didn’t show up. We then received a text assuring us they were still coming but between 12-2pm and so we didn’t make other arrangements. We ended up getting completely ghosted and every time we tried to phone it went straight to voicemail. My father and I both took a day off work for this and it was a complete waste of time. Beyond unprofessional and just appalling.
I had my move today in North Lakes with strong movers. Dan and Loni were much professional and experienced and really strong! All was over in 2 hours.
