Helpful staff who take time to work with family's and explain processes. Clinicians have been great for my child.
I went there over and over again until the last day when I spoken to the guy called Ruben ride on the middle my session Ruben told me in the session I have to sign some kind of contract to give them more money to keep Me coming back to the sessions even I’ve got a disability support worker with me inside. Worst practice EVER! Money hungry, immoral and unethical. Gave me TWO HOURS NOTICE of an upcoming appointment and charged me when I could not attend!!!
