Because of incorrect posture while helping a patient at work, I injured my right ribs. A nagging pain when I walk or move my body. So I decided to try osteopathy. I’d cupping, back adjustments and first time to try needling treatment from Stronglife Osteopathy. I was not sure and afraid of needle but the pain was gone straight away and relieved after the treatment by Nina. I am very grateful for her care.
