I talked to the owner of the firm after settling and he said to me that he was surprised and didn’t know why I accepted the settlement that his attorney working for him recommended that I take. This law corporation is not recommended. The newest reviews are correct. They do not Ryan, in particular , respond to phone calls. Nor email correspondence unless irritated by your emails. When responding to your frustration due to your lack of phone calls or lack of understanding of the settlement process, he will come off rude and lack customer service/good interpersonal skills to be helpful and sense of the client's perspective.
